Hi, I’m Anthony Russell (Tony), Founder of All In Quality Concrete Flooring. In 1998, I joined the U.S. Navy and was assigned to my first ship in Gaeta, Italy. While on the ship (USS LaSalle), I was assigned to a flooring rehabilitation team where I learned epoxy coating system installations. A few years later, I installed an epoxy flake system in my own garage which generated “buzz”. My neighbors asked me if they could hire me to install their own epoxy flake floors. After installing my first 4 epoxy floors, I immediately saw the need to open my own concrete flooring company. After I retired from the military in 2019, I began laying the foundation (The Gold Standard) of the company and established it in 2020. Combined, we have over 40 years of specialty coatings experience.

Neil spent over two decades supervising the applications of specialty coatings at Pfizer. He brings his vast knowledge and expertise to Eastern North Carolina to serve the community.
